The Glory residential house, designed by Lin Wei Ting, is a testament to grandeur and classic beauty. With its delicate layouts and decorations, this house stands out as a masterpiece of design. The focus of the design plan was to present the house owner's needs for a residence with rational space arrangements, resulting in a harmonious and functional living space.
The house spans an impressive 461 square meters, providing ample room for comfortable living. The basement, the largest area of the house, is well-lit and ventilated, creating a welcoming space for family activities. Divided into two primary recreational areas, the basement offers a female lounge and a male lounge. The female lounge is furnished with a large open kitchen, a 4-meter-long dining table, a dressing room behind a dam-like stone adornment, and a personal hot tub for a luxurious spa experience. On the other side, the male lounge is designed for wine tasting, music instrument playing, and billiards. The glass ceiling allows sunlight to filter through, creating a delightful space reminiscent of a natural environment.
The Glory house also incorporates intelligent technology to enhance the living experience. In the study room, an intelligent control panel is built into the wall, effortlessly managing the privacy security system. Advanced technology systems are installed throughout the house, providing convenient and satisfactory living environment for the house owner.
The Glory residential house was completed in May 2016 in Taichung City, Taiwan. Its exceptional design and attention to detail have earned it recognition in the design community. In 2019, it was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. The Glory house stands as a testament to the integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, providing fulfillment and positive feelings for its residents.
